Kid’s Holiday Market

We are looking for children ages 5-15 who would love to make a little extra money over the holidays.  I know there are a lot of creative kiddos out there and what better way to set them up for a future of success is to show them how to be an entrepreneur.

Kid’s Market is all kid businesses.  They are invited to attend our “How to Start Your Own Business” class where they learn the basics of starting a business and develop some business knowledge in order to maximize their success.  Today’s kids are tomorrow’s economy.  We want to encourage kids to want to be successful and independent.  Starting their own business will allow them to learn how to market, merchandize, price, promote, and develop a product or service that people will want.

Our Holiday Kid’s Market is just in time for the holidays.  There will be holiday themed décor and products, as well as unique wonderful gifts to buy for those special people in your life.

  • Venue will be announced closer to the event but it will be in Georgetown or Round Rock
  • Be sure to sign up for our event notification if you would like to be notified as soon as booth sales opens

 

Dress frog for Back 2 School

Time to start getting ready to go Back to School! For us teachers we are shocked on how fast it went, as for you parents you are probably thinking it can’t get here fast enough. Well frog is really not sure what he should wear to go back to school and was hoping all of his friends could help him create the perfect “first day” outfit.

This is a coloring contest with a twist. You are welcome to create an outfit for frog with any medium you would like. You are welcome to color, draw, paint, glue paper, fabric, even media creations. Once you have dressed frog, you will then send a picture of your project back to us so that we can post it on our Facebook page. Pictures will be posted starting August 1st until August 23rd. There will be two winners in each age category. One category will be the most likes on their picture, so you will want family and friends to help support as well. Second winner in each age category will be frogs favorite pick. Frog really likes creativity and thoughtful ideas so have fun and let your creativity go wild.

Age categories are: ages 1-5 , ages 7-10, ages 11-15

Prizes: Prizes are a gift card for a double scoop ice cream from Scoops in Georgetown, TX.
